Creating a bootable CD is easy. Preparing the CD with the image and the instructions to push the image is a different story.
I am sure it has been done before, probably not as much with RDP though.
I would think that as long as you took your boot files from your RDP server, and the configuration files that run the rdeploy utility, the rdeploy utility and any needed additional altiris software, and your image...
...modified the boot files to include a dos based CD driver, call rdeploy from the CD with the source image from the CD.... you should be able to do it. I can't give exact details as I have not done it, though I might take it up as a project.
