Issue uninstalling Network Protector

Hi, I am posting this on behalf of a customer in Malaysia who had installed HP VAN SDN controller and Network Protector.


I am new to HP VAN SDN controller so looking for assistance to support this customer.


This customer tried to un-install Network Protector but it got stuck at un-installing box for a long time. He then close the UN-install progress box, did "service sdnc restart".


Unfortunately controller fails to start .

He could not reinstall the controller as Web UI and REST API are no longer accessible.


Logs files are attached. The un-install process began at 2015-07-08 05:36:17.934 and that should be in the file "log.log".


Are you able to tell what the problem is and provide some guidance how I can help this customer?

I have searched the forum but didn't find anything similar.

We would like to have some information about your customer hardware. Do you happen to know how many cores and  how much memory is the customer allocating to the controller VM?
