MediaSmart Fans

I have the home server out in the open. The fans are noisy. I would like to replace the fans with quieter ones. I can't find any information about how I can take the case apart to replace the fans. Do you have any diagrams or instructions in this regard?

The model number for the home server is MediaSmart EX470.
