Secure Web Console and Blank Screen
I was using SWC and SAM to delete a print job but I was not able to navigate through sam. I called support and they advised me to kill the SAM session. When I did I cannot get back into SWC. It just gives me a flashing cursor. I tried hooking up a CRT but again all I see is a flashing cursor.
Any suggestions?

Re: Secure Web Console and Blank Screen
What processes are currently running attached to the console?
Run the following command:
UNIX95= ps -t console
Consider killing any processes you see from this output...
HTH

Re: Secure Web Console and Blank Screen
Another thought.
Do not use the web based java console.
telnet/ssh to the server ?
telnet/ssh to the MP/ILO ?

Re: Secure Web Console and Blank Screen
The SWC is old and slow and even not really secure ...
Did you try to refresh the screen (CTRL+L)?
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
