Multiple Fan Failure

Hi All,

 

I have one ES40 server, this morning i notice that there are multiple fan failure (fan 5 and fan 4).

i have followed the replacement procedure by replace both fan and clear the error (clear_error all).

However when I checked using "more el", both fan still failure.

 

Hope anyone in here can help me on this issue. I really don't have any idea what was happening.
