Name based Hosting
I understand how to setup virtual domains in the web based admin page (specifically - turning off virtual FTP). But I am fairly new to Linux and was wondering if anybody could expand editng the httpd/conf file. Such as what specific information is required in the file for each domain.

Re: Name based Hosting
If you understand how to set up sites in the web based admin, just why do you want to be editing the httpd.conf file? You don't think the web based gui can do it correctly? You think you are better at it? Why?
Chances are that if you do edit it, when you make the next change via the GUI, it will overwrite your manual changes.
