Oracle DBA Studio
I am unable to start the DBA Studio, a flash of the screen appears, but then it does not run.
Calculating that the services might be a problem I tried to start the "Management Service", but even that resulted in an error.
The Oracle error log reports TNS 12560 error, any clues?
Thanks

Re: Oracle DBA Studio
Hi there.
You try to use something from the Oracle Enterprise Manager.
You need a valid sqlnet or oracle names connection for that.
In your Oracle Client software there should be something like SQLNet Easy configurator.
You can setup your sqlnet connection with this.
Your software cannot resolve the connection.
So if you did the setup for sqlnet, it should work.
What you may need as well is the Data Gatherer for your pc. The UNIX version does not work satisfying, so install it on your workstation.
Try to get some help from Oracle support or in the Oracle metalink or Oracle technet.
If you still have problems, just let me know
