SA3110 problems connecting with Client software

Am having problems setting up new sst tunnels fron Win98 and W2K clients using client software 6.9 (server appliance is also at 6.9) When I attempt to create a new tunnel it repeatedly tries to connect without success.

Hi, this problem can have many reasons
First of all, I would loke to know if this is a first time configuration or you already tunnels up?

Second: reading a log file can help a lot. I use a freeware syslog and you can find it at http://www.kiwisyslog.com/index.htm
I can give you my configurations in order to make it work (if you already don't have one of course...)
