stop compaq server startup

anyone know how to prevent compaq servers from automatically rebooting after a power failure has occurred and the power is restored. Require the machines to stay off once power has failed.

you need to disable the automatic server recovery.during boot enter rom-based setup utility,automatic server recovery, ASR Status.the asr status option is a simple toggle setting that either enables or disables ASR. When set to DISABLED no ASR features Function
