dHCI Update Error -Server Firmware Update Dry Run
Hi,
Our dHCI strorage and server system have given following error. We have eight server but update secreen shows six server. Can you give any clue for solving prooblem.

Server Firmware Update Dry Run ( SUM dry run for batch 1/1 with 6 server(s) reported a failure. exitCode = SumReturnCode [message=The installation of the component failed or was blocked by a failed dependency., errorCode=253] )

Hi Eyupguner
The installation needs one or more of the dependencies that are not currently installed or are not present in the install set. In order to be able to continue the update, we need to manually install the minimum version on the six hosts first. We need to check the logs for the exact error that caused the update to fail.
Please contact HPE Nimble Tech support to get the log analysis done and to rectify the issue.

Hope you are doing good.
Regarding your query, there will be many reasons for the servers not being listed. This require troubleshooting from the support team. Hence I would recommend to contact our tech support team and mention the Serial number. Also, let them know that it's a DHCI setup and give brief about the issue.
