How to update Nimble Storage Virtual Array to latest NimbleOS Release?

Hi,

I have installed the latest Nimble Storage Virtual Array (5.0.4.0 (GA)) OVA that is available in my https://infosight.hpe.com partner account, but it is over a year old; so I would like to update it to the latest release.

I was able to update it to 5.0.7.300 via the Management UI download but after it installed I am not being offered any newer update.

Is it possible to get the latest version (5.1.3.100) as an offline update package?

Hello

If you would like to upate the virtual array to NimbleOS 5.1, please do email or call Nimble Support to request it.

NimbleOS code is not available to download without speaking with Nimble Support, due to the global blacklist on non-GA versions of code.

Thank you for clarifying the situation.

So I can just email support and ask them to release 5.1.3.100 to me for testing.

I assume all I need to include is the Virtual Array serial number?

I'm partner and would like to play around the nimble for ui learning, for examples. But I can't find it anymore in infosight.

Is it hidden somewhere ?
