Nimble Storage to Xenserver 7.1 Blade server

Hope that you guys can help me, i am  have some issue.

 

I have nimble storage with FC to Blade server running Xenserver 7.1 . The xenserver cant see the lun i created on the nimble storage.

Is the Fiber Channel Adapter listed and supported in the Validated Configuration Matrix?
Have you contacted Nimble Support (support @ nimblestorage.com), and what did they say?
