Recently updated and can't log in

Greetings,

Today I updated my array to 6.0 from 5.3 and I was able to log in based on an AD group but now it is no longer recognizing that login. We have another nimble array that is the secondary array, setup the same way, still on 5.2 and I am able to log in. Help, do not know the admin password as I inherited this whole system.

Hi Eaglebane

Would you please check if the AD integration is enabled?
Also, try leaving the domain and joining it for this array.

That's the problem. I can no longer log in to the array. I don't have the original admin password as this was passed down to me without it.

You will have to log a support ticket to get the password reset done.
