Resetting the Console Password?

Reconfigured the IPs on our CS-220 before shipping to alternate site.

Need to login to console as admin, but documented password (and the default) fail.  Can I reset the password during bootup?

Joseph - if your connecting via serial cable or USB/Keyboard and Video, try connecting to the other controller as the password will only be accepted in the active controller (this is something that changes for CS300/CS500 and CS700 systems)

If you still can't connect - please call support and they will assist you with resetting the admin password

That was it - the controllers switched active states.  Second time that got me!  Got to get used to that.
