Restore snapshot to another server

Hi all,

I need help regarding snapshoot restoration process on Alletra 9080.

I have exported 10TB in 5-vv in a single application set and taking snapshoot everyday at 4pm. 

Now i want restore this snapshoot on a new node with same 10TB exported in 5-vv.

So what is the process should i follow? any kb regarding this.

Hi Sayedbashar,

When a snapshot volume is created, it is instantly available for use and can treat as any normal volume. The new snapshot volume can be used just like any other volume. For example, you can edit the properties of the snapshot volume, or add the snapshot volume to an application set.

Snapshots can be used to make copies of base volumes, other snapshot volumes, and clone volumes.
