No specific date for NimbleOS 4 GA yet. Please follow this document/discussion for the latest on NimbleOS 4.

If I remember Nimble uses the number of hours in the field to determine if a version should be released.  Is it possible to tell us how many more run time hours are needed to release to GA?  Maybe other customers will be willing to upgrade their DR sites to help push this along.
