error 28, and error 128 with autoloader

error 28, and error 128 with autoloader

hello ,
i became a used autoloader, hp,
and in connecting to power
it shows me error 28 and eject tape,
if i press eject, nothing happens, yellow led flushing and green led to the same time,
eject mag but doors closed. any tip?
