HP Backup Software?

We are looking for a Backup software to backup the following Microsoft Servers:

WIN 2003

WIN 2008

WIN 2012

Exchange 2010

Exchange 2012 in the future

Which HP Backup Software can you really recommend?

BTW at the moment we're using BE 2010 from from Symantec.

Just Bought

HP LTO-4 ULTRIUM 1760 SAS external drive

I thought it would come with a basic backup software at least, found nothing in the box.

is there a free basic backup software? Yosemite is what is recommended to use says the doc i got in the box.
