HP Surestore 40x6 error.
I'm having problems with a Surestore 40x6 autoloader in that it is coming up with an Error 58 message on powerup and the drive door remains locked.
I've checked around the net and about the only reference to this error is how to get a magazine and/or tape out of the drive when they are stuck.
Any assistance with getting this drive up and running (or an explanation of the error) would be helpfull.
Thanks.
