HP SureStore - Web Interface Keeps Dropping off

We have an HP Surestore 20 and a 40. They are configured in Manual Mode with a static IP. You can only access the webpages for about a day. After that they are not accessible. You cannot ping the RMC's either once they drop off. Power the HP Surestore Libraries Off then back on and the Web page is accessible again for a while. Any idea whats going on?

This issue should have been addressed in the last or 2nd to last firmware release. Go to the web and download Library and tape tools. Once you install it, it will automatically ask you if you want to download the new firmware.. say yes, then once you are in the software go to the firmware icon and flash the library firmware. (The library firmware will update all components, which will save you time and keep all components up to date).

Brandon's advice is correct. I believe 1.30 firmware was the first with the fix. The current firmware is 1.41.
