MSL 5026 Barcode reader not detected
I've just started a new job, they've given me the goal of getting their MSL 5026 running again.
However, at bootup I get the error:
Fault code 0501 (Hard)Barcode reader not detected
The touchscreen gives me the choices of rebooting or "turn on light" but does not respond to anything. A manual reboot brings up the same screen.
I've tried removing the barcode reader physically, but get the same error.
Can anyone help me?
MJ
