storageworks library tape tool

LTT claims my tape device is an unsupported C8264BB vr80 but it is a c9264CB vs80 which is supported. So I can not use the tool to update firmware of trouble shoot the unit. Any help is appreciated.

Please go under the help menu and generate a 'Tool Status Report' and e-mail it to ltt_team@hp.com. That helps us understand the configuration and device details.
