TL891 DLX Fault Code 6037

I am having a hardware error on my backup software and the library is giving me a fault code of 6037. I have not been able to locate the problem or find out what the fault code means. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The FSC "6037" is listed only as "Command Timeout" under the intermodule (6xxx) FSC codes. The recovery procedure is limited to rebooting and lists a possible cause as the library controller board. That's all that documented for this in the service manual.

Did anything change with the library that triggered this error to occur?
