TL891 Fault Code 3100 Picker Jammed.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I've tried re-initializing, powering down, checked to make sure nothing is jammed, etc. but every time during POST, the picker will jam while inventoring a slot of the magazine, or, if no magazine is present, will just stop at the end of it's run.

Kinda weird. Is this a serious issue or something that can be resolved easily? Any help is appreciated. Thanks
