citrix server root drive backup with netbackup

Hi,

Server: citrix metaframe/Win 2000

The C drive is mapped as J drive after citrix installation. I have to keep it that way so that the clients(ICA) can use thier local c drive too.

Can anyone suggest a way for recovery ( backup is easy) for this J drive in case of citrix system failure?
The backup utility is Veritas netbackup.

Hi,

I??m not sure what your problem is. Citrix remaps your system drive to J: but you should be able to backup/save your drive as usual. Do a backup from your drive but don??t forget to save your system state.
