dbutil Use SQL account

It is a question about an account when it controls SQL with dbutil.
Must it be really "sa"?
If it is manager authority in locality of SQLServer, will not a name have a problem in particular?
In security, it had better not be "sa".
About implementation, I am troubled.
Is there someone executed control of sql from dbutil even besides "sa"?
