Hi,
Is it possible to change the from field adress in outgoing messages.

If you are using Exchange Server, then by default, the ongoing sent by will be the name assigned to the mailbox account you are using. I haven't seen a way to change this other than on the Exchange Server itself.

If you are using POP, or another internet account to send mail, then yes. Go into the Service, and you can change the outgoing name and return address fields.

My question was maby a little bit vague, I think the best way, as you said, is to change on the server. Create a new policy where the primary smtp adress is. I
