Physical Memory Dumps
My company makes CD ROMs that contained images and the actually program to view them from. At one of my customers stations when the CD is tring to be viewed it goes to a Blue screen with this message on it:
Stop:0x00000027 (0xBAAD009C, 0xF60574CC, 0xF6057124, 0xFC9E350) Address FC9E3650 base a FC9DB000 Date Stamp 3921ea28- Udf Readr.sys Begining dump of Physical memory Physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administrator or technical support group.
Please Help!!!

Hi,
The file readr.sys is the one causing the problems. Run a search for that file on the PC that is causing you problems. When you find it, try to identify which program or device the file belongs to, look at both the file's location on the PC and the file's Properties. Once you've got that your best bet is to reinstall that program or device.
