Quick Restore OS

I need to do a reinstall of the factory OS that came with my Compaq, but I dont want anything off of the quick restore CD except the Windows ME OS.

I just need it so I can install my XP Upgrade on top of it. How would I get just the OS off of the CD and not everything else when using the Quick Restore CDs? Please help, Im desperate. Thanks in advance.
