Re: Windows XP
That depends on what kind of word processing software you have and what type of printer you have.
Give a few more details and maybe someone can help.

Re: Windows XP
No matter which word processing program you use, you have some choices.
1. Print a single envelope and label for it.
or
2. Create a mail merge document.
Looking at #1.
In MS Word, you would select "Tools" from the menu, then "Envelopes and Labels". You could also select on a standard document the paper type of an Avery label sheet, and enter several sheets of information (for seperate labels), or copy a single address (as for a return address label).
Looking at #2.
Again, in MS word, you can select "Tools" from the menu, then "mail merge". This will create a small database (or table) of addresses and return addresses that at print time will print one a single letter or several hundreds of letters depending on the number of entries you have made into the mail merge document.
For more information, we would REALLY need to know what word processor you are using, and whether this is for a single letter of a bulk mailing.
