I purchased 12 number of HP memories of 1GB module each (398706-051)to upgrade our BL460C & found, it does not work with blade server, no display giving audio beep memory error,but the same memory works with DL380-G5,
kindly help me ASAP.

398706-051 is PC2-5300 (DDR2-667) ECC 240pin.
Officially they are not meant to go in the BL460s. However the specs match the memory for the BL460c G5 but not the G6. If you have a G5 ensure that you plug the modules in pairs in the same slot numbers in each memory bank. Does the BL460c start up at all with its own memory?
