Hi I have enclouse c700 with 4 High blad servers, one OA Module, and One blade switch,
blade servers, enclosue, OA, and Blade servers all of them in different subnet
But they can't communicate togothere bcz Default gateway in cisco switch, my question is how i can integrate hp blade switch to communicate with cisco, from cisco side i maked trunk and port channel, but from hp blade switch how i can configured two ports as trunk and port channel,
One more thing 4 blade servers do i need to assign them to vlan from blade switch bcz i have 1-16 ports, I do not know which one from these 16 related to which blade servers
Thank you
P.S. This thread has been moved from ProLiant Servers (ML,DL,SL) to HP BladeSystem Network Blades. - Hp Forum Moderartor

Re: Blade Switch
What switch model do you have? What server models do you have?
You can see the port assignments from the OA if you select the server. The assigment depends if this is a half height or full height server.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Blade Switch
Hi Torsten
Your help is very appreciated, What about connect Blade switch to cisco switch, bcz still I can't ping Default Gatway which is in cisco Switch.
Here is configuration for HP Switch as following:
interface bridge-aggregation 1
port link-type trunk
port trunk permit vlan all
interface gigabitethernet 1/1/5
port link-aggregation group 1
interface gigabitethernet 1/1/6
port link-aggregation group 1
Thank you
