bladesystem new

first time working on a bladesystem c3000 after i connect to the onboard administrater

i get a error  page load error (cannot read properties of null(reading to string)

page loade error (failed to execute appendchild on parameter 1 is  not of tupe node)

Hello,

Is the enclosure currently in production?
Are you seeing any activity on the OA module?
It appears that this OA is not responding, and it may need to be reseated.

We recommend raising a support case with HPE.
