Errors Screen on Integrated Remote Console (IRC)

I have a customer  that is having problems accessing the remote console on their blade systems BL 860 running HP-UX 11.3.  They have captured their screen shots and provided them for support.  Thanks for your help.

The Integrated Remote Console is not supported with HP-UX.   The Remote Serial Console needs to be used to access the HP-UX console using the web interface.  See the HP Integrity iLO 3 Operations Guide for information about using the remote console.
