Network Configuration Utility Error on Windows 2008 Hyper V

My customer try to install Network Configuration Utility from the latest PSP 8.20 and got the error message as attached. Any advise? The Hyper V is on Windows 2008 64 bit enterprise version.

try the latest Network Configuration utility 9.65.0.0 from may 28th : cp010520.exe

you can also use laster PSP : 8.25
