Hi,
I was wondering if anybody can suggest a spolution for the follwing problem :
I was logged in with OA Default Network settings in OA,then while I was testing with user rights I put ( i think ) the logging mode through directory services. Now the problem is that I can not login whether with deafult credentials neither with Domain account.
I don't know whether I need ( HOW ) to reset OA to factory deafults ? or waht other otpions I have ?

SolutionIf you can no longer log in to the OA with any accounts, you'll need to follow the reset procedure in the user manual.
From memory this involves a console/serial connection to the OA & a press+hold of the reset switch.
The Administrator account password will be reset to the factory default & displayed on-screen.
Julian.
