OA tray hot pluggable?
Is the OA tray hot pluggable in the blade enclosure, that is can it be unplugged and removed and reinserted with power on and will it stay connected to the blades OK?

The OA board is hotpluggable, and No while it is unplugged, it is not connected to the blade servers. Ik you move it back in, it will reconnect.

Correct, both the OA modules and the OA tray that both modules fit into are hot pluggable.
You can remove the tray (which means both OA modules) and the blade enclosure will keep running. The fans will go to max speed and you won't be able to power on a blade until the OA tray and at least one functioning OA module is back online.
