RGS Software problems with SpacePilot

Hello,

we have 4 systems with the RGS software installed. The clients connects with an vpn-session to the blade workstations and remote the are also SpacePilot devices installed.
we have the problem that the performane when we move an technical drwaing is very bad.
also we have the subject that sometimes when we start outlook for example the rgs-reciever disconnects and when you push connect all is working.

does anyone know these problems and can help me/us?
