SIM reporting enclosure twice

After replacing a p-class blade chasis enclosure (but not the blades) SIM is now reporting two instances of the enclosure.

How do we 'refresh' SIM to show just the one enclosure?

Also, how do we change the actual name of the enclosure that displays in SIM (e.g. to "ENC04"?
