Stacking Flex-10 modules between enclosures

We have two c7000 blade enclosures, each with Flex-10 modules in interconnect bays 1 and 2 and 5 and 6. I have been unable to find documentation on stacking Flex-10 modules between enclosures when there are 4 modules in each enclosure. If someone could point me to a diagram for cabling or a document covering this, I would appreciate it.
