WDS/WinPE BL460c G6 Ethernet Controller problems

Hi there,

I've been working on this for 2 days now, but have failed to find a working Ethernet Controller driver for my BL460C G6 server to be used with WDS, or even Ghost!

When I install windows 2003 r2 I can simply install the 10Ge Multifunctional Driver (Broadcom) that is listed on the drivers page. When I use WDS or Ghost I have tried almost every driver possible, but cannot get this thing to work...

Please help, I dont want to manually install all my new G6 servers!

I resolved the issue.

Dont use vista boot.wim file, use the server 2008 one and install the latest AIK software for server 2008. (Even if its a server 2003 machine).

After that download the regular server 2003 and server 2008 drivers, and use imagex to insert the drivers into the image.
