614C and DataConnect problems

In there any way to add new mobile operators to DataConnect?
Actually, it does not handle 3 Italy.

is there also a way to reset DataConnect? After trying an existing operator, there is no way to disable it, except selecting another operator (as my operator does not exist, I'm in troubles).
