AUTOMATICALLY TURN ON WIRELESS NETWORK???

I have just bought a HP Pavillion Notebook, and it has an 802 Wireleess Card built in. I want the wireless network to activate as soon as I turn the computer on but for some reason I have to push a little button that says "Wireless" which then lights up and it takes a few moments to find the network.

How can I bypass having to press this button and have the wireless activated automatically when I turn the computer on?
