Bluetooth Problem

Hi,
have Notebook dv6324us with Winxp sp2 with bluetooth problem.
I got the Bluetooth Devices in the Control Panel.But unable to add a device.......

Please advice how to re-install the "Bluetooth Configuration",

i made a clean installation of WINDOWSXP WITH sp2.

i downloaded the bluetooth sw from HP.
Is WindowsXP sp2 alone works for bluetoothsoftware?
