Cant detect wirless network

I am running windows vista home basic on a Compaq rx7300. It has just stopped detecting my wireless network. It detects all the other routers in my street but not mine. The router is fine and dected by three other computers in the house. Have moved the computer nearer to the router, have tried to manually connect.

Do you have your SSID hidden so that your network won't show up as an available wireless network?
