Client Connectivity with Wireless Services Module?
We have a Wireless Service Module running WT.01.10 Software version and is installed in a 5412zl.
Some clients have no issues on the wireless and others get disconnected constantly every 15 - 20 minutes.
Anyone hear of this or seen this before?
Thanks,
Ed

Re: Client Connectivity with Wireless Services Module?
I havent had that problem. But have seen other issues.
If you contact support they will probably make you upgrade to WT.01.28 which is the latest available.
Try updating the software first.

Re: Client Connectivity with Wireless Services Module?
Yeah, I figured I would probably need to upgrade before support would take the case. Seems to be a pretty standard request rather than researching to see if a problem was an issue with a certain release given some things do not make their way into release notes....Oh well...
Thanks!
