Connectivity issue
Hi All,
I am having a simple doubt, I need clarification from your guys to resolve the issue.
I have remote device which I am able to ping from my server. I am able to telnet to the port on the remote device. If I do tracert it gives me the list of ip address showing the path, but surprisingly in that tracert path one of the ip address is not pinging. I think it should not happen to reache the remote device from the server.
Waiting for your reply @ the earliest....
Thanks & Regards
Bharath

Re: Connectivity issue
Probably it isn't reach the device by this route, it is the best path but because the first hop it's not working ti chooses another route and it's not showing that route to you. I don't if i'm rigth just guessing. regards
