Disappearing Wireless

I have an HP Pavillon DV6000 and also am experiencing the case of the disappearing wireless and wireless assistant... I have done the fix I found on this forum... remving the battery.. pressing the power button etc.. and that seems to have taken care of it.. unless I shut the computer down.,. in which case I must go through all of the steps over again.... Anyway this problem just came about after I had sent it in for the second time.. this time with keyboard and screen issues.. I know they replaced the motherboard in may.. now had this been the third time I was told I would be sent a new computer, but of course it happened just after the warranty expired.. The case manager told my boyfriend, who handles all the calls to this company simply because I do not have the patience he does to deal with them..(the non english speaking tech support whom I cannot understand or the endless waiting on hold.. or the non returned calls from case managers) anyway he said to get an external drive(if that is the right word) for the wireless.. or reseat the card.. which would involve taking it apart.. Hello.. Why should I have to do this? Under warranty or not.. this computer series.. has an issue.. that seems to be happening with them all... So why not just admit hey we screwed up... our mistake and send us all a refund.. Why should we have to suffer for HP'S mistake????I bought a defective product.. now take it off my hands and make it right, so I can buy a laptop without these wireless issues,Hello? Is anybody listening??
