fiber connectors

Hi,

Can you please tell me if the colors blue and red on fiber cabel connectors refer to transmit and receive? If so, what color refers to what?

They don???t refer to a specific function; it just allows you to easily distinguish between the two fibers. Normally, you will use one color for the receive and one for the transmit, but it???s common that you must perform a crossover and which pint, the color no longer go with the appropriate transmit and receive. Use the color scheme you want.
