how to delete activesync setting

I set up activesync on my desktop and laptop but now only need it to sync with my laptop as this is the link to my work network and exchange server. When I now try to sync up my email it says that because I have two sync settings I need to delete one, but I can't see how to do this.
Activesync 3.7.2 ,PocketPC 2003 on a ipaq5455
